Saudi Arabia and Iraq Sign An Extradition Agreement

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq signed here today an agreement for the extradition of persons convicted with penalties of deprivation of liberty.
The agreement was signed by Minister of Justice Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul-Karim Al-Essa, and his Iraqi Counterpart, Hassan Halbous Al-Shammari.
The signing of this agreement came from the desire of the two brotherly countries to promote cooperation in the extradition of persons convicted with penalties of deprivation of liberty.
