Minister of Hajj Dr. Bandar bin Mohammad Hajjar received here today the Indian Hajj Mission headed by Minister of State for External Affairs, E. Ahmed. At the outset of the meeting, the Minister of Hajj welcomed the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs and briefed him on the efforts, services and projects offered by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince at the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah as well as the other Holy Places, which are designed for the comfort and tranquility of the pilgrims for the performance of Hajj rituals in ease. The Minister of Hajj reiterated to the Indian Mission the importance of adherence to the program prepared by the Ministry of Hajj and the need to continue educating the Indian pilgrims (about the program) prior to their arrival in the Kingdom. During the meeting, they discussed the arrangements and requirements of the affairs of Indian pilgrims for coming Hajj season of 1433H and other Hajj related matters. For his part, the Indian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs highlighted the importance of the working program prepared by the Ministry of Hajj for the pilgrims. He praised the role of the Saudi government for the fine achievements, efforts and services at the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah and the other Holy Places for the convenience of pilgrims to perform their rituals in ease and comfort.
