OPEC Fund Finances $82 million Projects In 8 Countries of Africa, Asia and the Caribbean

The Director-General of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), Suleiman Jasser Herbish has signed 8 new soft loan agreements with finance ministers and ambassadors of the partner-countries for a total amount of US$82 million.
The loans will finance projects for the public sector with a primary goal of promoting sustainable development in the concerned developing countries in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
