Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who arrived in Cairo earlier today to lead his country's delegation to the 137th session of the Arab League Council at the foreign ministers level scheduled for Cairo tomorrow, met at his guest residence in Cairo here this evening with Kofi Annan, the United Nations and Arab League joint envoy to solve the Syrian crisis. During the meeting, they discussed the developments of situations in Syria and ways of stopping of daily clashes, ending violence and paving the way for launching a comprehensive political process that would lead to peaceful solution of the Syria crisis in a way that meets the aspirations of the Syrian people.
