Afghan police say a suicide bomber has killed at least two civilians and wounded four others in an attack near an American military base outside of Kabul, according to AP. Kabir Ahmad, chief of Bagram district of Parwan province, said a suicide attacker blew himself up on Monday near Bagram Air Field. NATO had no immediate information on the attack.
