Royal Order Promotes and Appoints Major General Abdul-Ilah Al-Saleh as Secretary General of Military Service Council

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order today pensioning off Lieutenant General Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Arfaj, the Secretary General of Military Service Council.
The royal order also promoted Major General Eng. Abdul-Ilah bin Othman Al-Saleh to the rank of Lieutenant General, appointing him as the Secretary General of Military Service Council.
The royal order instructed the Minister of Defense to carry out the order with immediate effect.
