The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Georgi Parvanov of Bulgaria on the anniversary of his country's Liberation Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Bulgaria steady progress and prosperity.
