Indian and Chinese foreign ministers have met to prepare for a summit of leaders of five emerging economies that are pushing for a bigger voice in global financial affairs, according to AP. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are members of the BRICS grouping that was set up nearly six years ago. India's External Affairs Ministry spokesman Syed Akbaruddin said Thursday that the fourth BRICS summit will be held March 28-29 in New Delhi. The BRICS agenda encompasses climate change, food and energy security, sustainable development, the international financial crisis and international terrorism.
