Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Arrives in Sudan

The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Eng. Ali Al-Naimi arrived here today on a two-day official visit to the Republic of Sudan.
At Khartoum Airport, Eng. Al-Naimi was received by Sudanese Minister of Minerals Kamal Abdul-Latif, Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Faisal bin Hamid Mualla and members of the Saudi Embassy.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Eng. Al-Naimi said that the visit comes within the framework of regular meetings between the officials of the two countries to discuss issues pertaining to mining and means of utilizing mineral resources in the Red Sea.
