Yemen and The United Nations Discuss 2nd Phase of GCC Initiative

Yemeni Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Ahmad Obaid bin Daghar received here today Jamal bin Omar, envoy of the United Nations to Yemen.
During the meeting, they discussed the 2nd phase of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) initiative and its executive mechanism.
