German business confidence jumped in February amid
increasing optimism about the growth outlook for Europe's biggest
economy, a key survey released Thursday showed, dpa reported.
The Munich-based Ifo institute said its closely watched survey
showed business confidence climbed to a more-than-forecast 109.6
points this month from 108.3 points in January.
