The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Donald Ramotar of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana on the anniversary of his country's Proclamation of the Republic.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Guyana steady progress and prosperity.
