Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qurbi has described as "valuable" the efforts of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to resolve the Yemeni crisis through the GCC initiative. The Minister's remarks came in Radio Riyadh's interview with him. In the interview, the Minister talked about the future of Yemen after the presidential elections that took place yesterday and said that Yemen counts a lot in the first place on the Gulf Cooperation Council countries including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
