Visiting Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Al-Jebali expressed his country's desire to expand relations with the Jeddah-based Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in all developmental sectors, particularly the Islamic banking, soft-loan popular housing and support for small and tiny projects. Following a high-level meeting with Al-Jebali and the accompanying delegation, IDB President Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali, expressed readiness to meet the aspirations of Tunisia, an IDB constituent member. He disclosed that a high-level IDB mission will soon travel to Tunisia to forge with officials there a detailed support program, taking into considerations the Tunisian leadership's economic and social priorities.
