Thirty-eight people were injured on Wednesday in a train accident in Sao Paulo, Brazil's largest city, the Fire Department said. The train company in the city of 11 million people, said a maintenance engine crashed into the back of a passenger train that had stopped at the Vila Clarice station in northern Sao Paulo. Two people were stated to be in serious condition after suffering head trauma. The Fire Department deployed 11 vehicles to assist the victims, dpa reported.
