AL Secretary General Informs UN Security Council Member States' Ambassadors the Results of Arab Ministerial Meeting

The Secretary General of the Arab League (AL) Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi informed here today ambassadors of the United Nations (UN) security council member states accredited to Egypt of the conclusions of the Arab Foreign Ministers meeting held last night on the developments of the situation in Syria.
He handed over to each of the 14 ambassadors accredited to Egypt a copy of the AL council resolution which asked the UN Security Council to issue a resolution to form a joint Arab-international-led peace-keeping force to monitor and verify the abidance to cease-fire in Syria.
