A leopard killed a 14-year-old girl in Nepal's far-western Baitadi district, the fifth such incident in two months, police said Thursday. The girl was cutting grass when she was dragged away and eaten by the leopard. Police said three girls and a pregnant woman were also killed by the leopard within the last two months. Locals said they had asked the authorities to capture the leopard as it was terrorizing Pancheshowr village. Last year, seven people were killed in leopard attacks in the same district, dpa reported.
