Pakistan's president is paying a visit to Myanmar, AP reported. An Information Ministry official said Asif Ali Zardari was meeting in the capital Naypyitaw with Myanmar President Thein Sein, who Tuesday night would also host a dinner for him, . Zardari on Wednesday will travel to Yangon, Myanmar's biggest city, to meet pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, said the official, who spoke on customary condition of anonymity. The visit is the first by a Pakistani president since Pervez Musharraf in 2001. It came as Myanmar Foreign Minister Wunna Maung Lwin met his Indian counterpart S. M. Krishna in New Delhi to discuss bilateral relations.
