Morocco's new foreign minister has chosen Algeria, the kingdom's main North African neighbour, for his first trip abroad, according to AP. Saadeddin al-Othmani arrived Monday in Algiers for a two-day visit at the invitation of his Algerian counterpart. He emphasized the need to "reinvigorate bilateral cooperation" with joint projects and create a "new dynamic" in bilateral relations.
