The trading session closed at Kuwait Stock Exchange on Monday with the board still mostly in red, with the price index reading 5,787.8 points at a loss of 9.3 points, and the weighted index reading 402.07 points at a loss of 0.89 points. Trades came to 4,591 spot transactions, worth KD 36,468,510, and involving 374,257,500 shares. The only sector indices in green were the non-Kuwaiti index which was up 55 points and the services sector which was up 13.1 points, according to a report of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA). Top gainer share for the day was that of Fujairah Cement Industries, biggest loser share was that of Al-Safat Company, and top volume stock was that of HitsTelecom.
