The Acting Minister of Culture and Information, Dr. Yusuf Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen opened here Sunday evening Silver Jubilee Exhibition of Egyptian Cultural and Diplomatic Works organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information in cooperation with the Egyptian Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al-Jasser, Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mahmoud Auf, Undersecretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Protocol Affairs Ambassador Alaa Eddin Al-Askari and a number of officials. Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Al-Jasser praised cooperation and integration between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt which have been enhanced and always remained deep-rooted. He said, "In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince, the Kingdom has been seeking to enhance cooperation with all Arab and Islamic countries, particularly the Arab Republic of Egypt." In his speech, the Egyptian Ambassador commended the ingrained cultural relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt dating back for long times.
