An Arab League committee on Syria Sunday agreed to extend the mandate of the observers' mission in this Arab country by another month, dpa quoted an Arab source as saying following a meeting in Cairo. The extension will have to be approved by the Syrian government before taking effect, added the source, whose country is a member of the committee.
