Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met here today with Australian ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Neil Hawkins. During the meeting, the Australian ambassador handed over a message from Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs Kevin Rudd to the GCC Secretary General on relations between GCC member states and Australia as well as the strategic dialogue to be held this year. They also reviewed relations between the two sides in all fields and discussed the latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest.
