Prince Mishari bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Baha Region will patronize Spring Festival in the Governorate of Mikhwah on Saturday.
Mikhwah Governor and Festival's General Supervisor, Ahmed bin Abdullah Zarban pointed out that the one-month festival includes speeches, poems, operettas, folklore dances, and fireworks.
