The death toll from the collapse of a Beirut building rose to 19, dpa reported. "The building collapse killed seven Lebanese - including a15-year-old girl, as well as 12 foreigners: seven Sudanese, three Filipinos, and two Egyptians," the head of the Red Cross operations at the scene George Kattaneh told dpa. He added that 12 people were being treated in hospital. The six-story building collapsed in Ashrafiyeh on Sunday, in poor weather conditions.
