Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud expressed thanks to Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region and its people for their noble feelings on issuance of the state's budget for the fiscal year 1433 - 1434 H (2012-2013).
In a reply cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has stressed keenness on achieving the prosperity and welfare for all citizens.
