Deputy Speaker of Majlis Al-Shoura Receives U.S. Congress Delegation

The Deputy Speaker of Majlis Al-Shoura Dr. Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jiffri received here today a U.S. Congress delegation led by Eric Cantor, Leader of Democratic Majority in the House of Representative, in the context of their visit to the Kingdom.
Al-Jiffri welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the Majlis make up, the mechanism of selecting its members in addition to its working committees and sub-committees.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Saudi-American Parliamentary Friendship Committee in Majlis Al-Shoura Eng. Usamah bin Mohammed Kurdi.
