The Ministry of Interior has issued an arrest warrant for 23 rioters accused of staging outrageous gatherings in an Eastern Region province, a behavior they dared to conduct from time to time over the last few months leading to obstructing traffic movement, destructing public and private properties, possessing illegal firearms, opening fire on citizens and security men, forcing citizens to cover them up, and dragging them to absurdity of clashes with security forces. An official source of the Ministry of Interior described them as a small group of people categorically not representing the innocent loyal citizens of their region and instead working to implement foreign agenda, noting that some of them have bad conduct criminal personal history. He noted that they were requested to stand before justice through legal and routine procedure but they remain fugitive, forcing the issuance of this arrest warrant for the security authorities to pursue them at home and abroad. --More
