News reports say a collision on a northern Indian road in dense fog has killed 10 children and the driver taking them to school. Press Trust of India (PTI) said Monday the children were between 5 and 8 years old. Twenty other children were injured in the accident. PTI reported the van carrying the children and a truck collided head-on due to poor visibility. The accident happened on the outskirts of Ambala in the northern state of Haryana.
