UAE Exports 61.1 Million Liters Of Mineral Water in the First Half of 2011

The value of the UAE exports of mineral water had soared to Dhs107.6 million in 2010 at a growth rate of 38 percent compared to the figure of 2009.
A latest study of the Ministry of Foreign Trade on the UAE's exports of mineral water released today, said that the volume of the UAE exported mineral water accounted for 61.1 million liters and was valued at Dhs51.5 million during the first half of 2011, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM".
It noted that the UAE mineral water had been exported to over 25 countries, notably, Afghanistan, Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan.
