Arab Social Affairs Ministerial Council Starts Meetings

The Council of Arab Social Affairs Ministers started its meetings here today.
The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the meetings was headed by the Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen.
Addressing the meeting, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Miqati said that the meetings come at a time when the Arab world is witnessing fundamental changes, hoping that these changes meet the aspirations of Arab peoples in progress and development.
