Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah region, expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the establishment of Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz Airport in the Governorate of Ula, which is considered as one of the greatest achievements in Madinah region. In a ceremony held here yesterday on the occasion of the Governor's tour in Ula Governorate to lay the foundation stones and inaugurate developmental projects in the Governorate, Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz said in a press statement that the Governorate has now an airport and good road networks which qualify it to play its roles in the field of tourism in the best manner. Following the ceremony, the Governor of Ula, Ahmad bin Nasser Al Hussein presented to the Prince the Prize of Excellence awarded to the Governorate by World Health Organization (WHO).
