Prince Mishaal bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, Chief of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice- President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) who is also Prime Minister and Governor of the Emirate of Dubai, on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Chief of Allegiance-Pledge Commission wished Sheikh Al Maktoum permanent good health and happiness and people of the Emirates steady progress and prosperity.
