Authorities were searching Monday for dozens of people thought to be missing after a suspension bridge collapsed on Indonesia's Borneo island over the weekend, an official said. Six more bodies were found late Sunday and early Monday at the site in East Kalimantan province, bringing the death toll to 10, said Sutopo Nugroho, a spokesman for the National Disaster Management Agency. Thirty-nine people were injured, 14 of whom were being treated in hospital, he was quoted as saying by DPA.
