Yemeni vice president fixes Feb. 21 election date

Yemeni Vice President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi issued a decree on Saturday calling a presidential election for Feb. 21 next year, Reuters quoted the Saba state news agency as reporting.
President Ali Abdullah Saleh signed a deal on Wednesday under which he transferred his powers to Hadi after 33 years in office.
