Wang Qishan said Monday the global crisis is "very serious" during a meeting of the U.S.-Chinese Joint Committee on Commerce and Trade. "Insuring economic health is the responsibility of every nation. Unbalanced progress is better than balanced decline," Wang told U.S. officials, according to a report of the Associated Press.
