AlHijjah 22, 1432, Nov 18, 2011, SPA -- An Italian air show plane crashed on a manmade island near the coast of Dubai on Friday, but its pilot and co-pilot survived, Emirati officials said. According to dpa, the two men suffered from minor injuries as they used parachutes to jump from the military M-346 aircraft as it fell to Deira Palm Island, still under construction. The palm-shaped artificial island is located around two kilometres from the coast of Dubai.
