Departing Tuesday from Hawaii, where he presided over a summit that expanded entry talks on a new pan-Pacific trade deal, President Obama will fly 8,000 kilometers to the Australian capital, Canberra. President Obama is scheduled to meet Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard on Wednesday before addressing parliament Thursday in what aides called the main speech of his tour.
