AlHijjah 18, 1432, Nov 14, 2011, SPA -- Greece's budget deficit will reach 9 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) this year, the country's newly-appointed premier told parliament on Monday. Presenting the new government's new policies, Prime Minister Lucas Papademos said its priority was to ensure that the country receives the next tranche of rescue loans totalling 8 billion euros (11 billion dollars) in order to avoid bankruptcy by mid-December, dpa reported.
