Sagheer Ahmed says the vehicles were traveling to the city of Karachi from Thatta, 80 miles (130 kilometers) to the east, when the accident happened Sunday. More than a dozen people were injured. Ahmed is the health minister in Sindh province, where Karachi is the capital, AP reported.
