UN Security Council Meets Friday

AlHijjah 15, 1432, Nov 11, 2011, SPA - The United Nations Security Council planned to meet Friday to discuss an admission committee's report on UN membership for the Palestinian Authority after receiving an application from Palestinian National Authority's President Mahmoud Abbas.
The report said the chairman of admission committee "states that the committee was unable to make a unanimous recommendation (on UN membership for Palestine) to the
Security Council," the German Press Agency "DPA" disclosed.
