Seven people drowned over the weekend, and 15 have been reported dead since Monday, the Central Committee for Flood and Storm Control said. Two people were listed as missing, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA". Around 25,000 families have fled their homes in low-lying areas in Quang Nam province alone, the committee said.
