AlHijjah 12, 1432, Nov 8, 2011, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the King permanent good health and happiness and the people of Cambodia steady progress and prosperity.
