AlHijjah 10, 1432, Nov 6, 2011, SPA -- A captain of a Chinese fishing boat was arrested Sunday in Japanese territorial water off the southern island ofKyushu, local media reported, according to dpa. A Japanese coast guard vessel spotted two Chinese trawlers off the prefecture of Nagasaki and ordered them to stop, but the two boats ignored the order, public broadcaster NHK reported. After chasing down one of the two trawlers, the coast guard arrested the captain, who refused an inspection, for the violation of fisheries law, NHK said, citing the coast guard. -- SPA
