AlHijjah 10, 1432, Nov 6, 2011, SPA -- Police said that two people have been killed in a suspected al-Shabab attack at a church in an eastern town, according to AP. Kenyan police chief Leo Nyongesa said that a mother and her two children were also injured when attackers hurled a grenade at the Pentecostal Church in Garissa late Saturday. He said another bomb was thrown at a busy taxi circle, but it failed to explode. He said Sunday that police have opened an investigation, but no arrests have been made. Nyongesa said they are not ruling out that it could have been an attack by Islamist militant group al-Shabab.
