In a statement, he said that this reflects the ability of the Saudi authorities to respond to any emergency developments with the arrival of millions of Muslims each year who need care, services, and security as well as healthy, social and humanitarian standards. He commended the efforts exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to help the pilgrims perform their Hajj rituals amid safe, secure, and quiet conditions.
