AlHijjah 4, 1432, Oct 31, 2011, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable to Algerian President Abdulaziz Boutaflika, congratulating him on his country's National Day anniversary.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished the president continuous health and happiness and the Algerian people steady progress and prosperity.
