AlHijjah 4, 1432, Oct 31, 2011, SPA - The Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah stressed that health precautionary measures have been taken at entry points of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the spread of any epidemic diseases in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After inspecting Health Control Center at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, he emphasized the need for the passage of 10 days for taking a quadruple vaccine dose before the arrival in the Kingdom and in case of not taking vaccines, they are given preventive drug (Alspreu floxacin) for adults, Alrevibasin syrup for children and ceftriaxone for pregnant women, but as for pilgrims from areas affected with fever meningitis they are given preventive drugs whether they are vaccinated or not in their countries.
