In a statement here on Sunday, the Foreign Office said "the series make baseless and fabricated allegations." Pakistan has taken the brunt of terrorist violence including suicide attacks. Fiction such as that depicted in the series cannot belittle Pakistan's sacrifices and contribution in countering terrorism, the statement was quoted as saying by the Associated Press of Pakistan.
