AlHijjah 2, 1432, Oct 29, 2011, SPA - Mobily Company asserted the readiness of its network to receive millions of calls during this year's Hajj season, noting that it has added more than 70 fixed and mobile towers connected to an optic fiber network to raise the capacity of the network to 4 million users at one time. The Company said in a press release that it has covered the interior areas of train stations in the Holy Sites with a network linked to optic fibers to pass pilgrims' calls to and from the stations. It is noteworthy that the Company is participating for the second year in an awareness campaign for pilgrims supervised by Makkah Governorate and has provided SR 28 million in support of this campaign.
